Stitch#0

Hi!
How has your week-end been working out for you? I went to visit my boyfriend's family in Verbier. There was a special event in that town: Bike Fest Verbier. It's an event where bikers do stunts. I will tell more when I will post the photos on this blog! The title of this post is called 'Stitch#0'. The names of my posts are organised by an element of the hobby. Take the previous post: 'Frame#0', Frame calls for photography, in the case of this article, 'Stitch#0', will be referring to crochet.

Everytime I decide I want to give someone a gift, I always try to find somehing the person will appreciate because it will compliment a part this person's personality. If I have the funds for and I find something suiting, I will buy it. I prefer giving a handmade gift if the person is cool enough (-wink-) or my boyfriend. This is kind of my way of thanksgiving, I don't need any party to remind me of all of the blessings I have recieved.

I have decided to go back into crochet! It's like knitting but with a hook (which is 'crochet' in French)! I already did crochet, but I am kind of in a hiatus?

Here's an uncontinued project I have tried to finish, I will finish it when I am ready again!!

Lately I have a troubled friend who in our 'clique' we like to call 'carrot'. I wish I could do something to help, but I think she has to step up for herself, and believe in herself. I feel sad each time I see her, because I can feel that SHE is sad. She is a very private person, and has given me a wonderful birthday gift. So I want to give her back so much. So I am gonna crochet a small bunny! Get the joke?
